  4. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund or store credit is issued.

  • Most U.S. orders qualify for a prepaid return label.

  • Please ship one order per parcel.

  • If you want to return multiple orders in one box, contact us before doing so.

🌍 International Returns

  • Use any carrier of your choice.

  • Print the return packing slip.

  • Purchase your own postage.

  • Track and insure your shipment — MVRX is not responsible for lost or damaged international returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

We’ll verify the issue and send you a complimentary return label and process a full refund to your original payment method if eligible.

Washing:

  • Machine Wash: Wash in cold water (30°C/86°F) on a gentle cycle to maintain the integrity of the polyester fabric and prevent color fading.
  • Hand Wash: For extra care, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing.
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent suitable for synthetic fabrics to protect the polyester fibers.
  • Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners, as they can break down the polyester fibers and damage the colors.

2. Drying:

  • Air Dry: Hang to dry in a shaded area to preserve the fabric’s color and prevent shrinkage. Polyester dries quickly and retains its shape well.
  • Tumble Dry: If necessary, use a low heat setting in the dryer. Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
  • Avoid: High heat, which can cause the fabric to lose its shape and become damaged over time.

Ironing:

  • Temperature: Iron on a low heat setting (110°C/230°F). Polyester is sensitive to heat, so use caution.
  • Inside Out: Iron the garments inside out to protect the fabric surface and preserve the colors.
  • Steam: Steaming is recommended for polyester garments to remove wrinkles without direct heat contact.

Storing:

  • Hanging: Store the camisole coat and wide-leg pants on padded hangers to maintain their shape.
  • Folding: Alternatively, fold and store in a cool, dry place to prevent stretching or distortion of the fabric.
  • Avoid: Storing in direct sunlight or damp areas, as polyester can fade or develop mildew in such conditions.

General Tips:

  • Avoid Overwashing: Wash only when necessary to extend the lifespan of the fabric and maintain the garment’s appearance.
  • Static: Polyester can generate static; consider using a fabric spray or dryer sheet to reduce static cling.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
