Shipping And Return Policy

At MVRX, we want you to love what you wear. If youโ€™re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Any return requested after this window will not be accepted.

  1. Contact Us to initiate a return request.
    Reach out via email at contact@shopmvrx.com or submit a message through our Return Contact Form.

  2. Once your return is approved, weโ€™ll provide you with return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item(s) back promptly using:

    • The prepaid label we provide, or

    • A carrier of your choice (especially for international or self-managed returns).

  4. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund or store credit is issued.


๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Domestic Returns (U.S.)

  • Most U.S. orders qualify for a prepaid return label.

  • Please ship one order per parcel.

  • If you want to return multiple orders in one box, contact us before doing so.


๐ŸŒ International Returns

  • Use any carrier of your choice.

  • Print the return packing slip.

  • Purchase your own postage.

  • Track and insure your shipment โ€” MVRX is not responsible for lost or damaged international returns.

  • Ship one order per parcel. Combined returns are not accepted internationally.


โœ… Item Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in their original packaging, if applicable


๐Ÿšซ Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie or undergarments

  • Beauty products or cosmetics

  • Accessories (including jewelry, sunglasses, etc.)

  • Party wear

  • Items ending in .48 or .98

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Note: Returned ineligible items will be discarded and no credit will be issued.


โ— Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • The wrong product

  • Or your order was incomplete

Please do not initiate a return via the portal.
Instead, contact MVRX Customer Support at contact@shopmvrx.comย or use our Help Center.
Weโ€™ll verify the issue and send you a complimentary return label and process a full refund to your original payment method if eligible.

  • Every return is subject to quality inspection.

  • Your refund may be:

    • Reduced for missing or worn items

    • Denied if the item fails return requirements

    • Issued as store credit unless otherwise stated
